Setting up Shack Bay Brewing’s physical brewery is like embarking on a quest for the perfect beer – it’s a challenge, but one we’re on the path to achieving. Right now it’s finding the right spot either in the bustling heart of town or the quieter industrial estate. We’re knee-deep in paperwork, navigating planning approvals and development applications, lease agreements and trying to convince everyone that our noise is the sound of progress (and not just the clatter of empty kegs). As we juggle these challenges, we’re determined to find the perfect spot where our brews can flow freely and our dreams can come to life—preferably without causing a traffic jam!
